Scheduling & Fees

At LifeGate, we offer several options for scheduling times, length of sessions, and related fees. Below is a listing of these for your review. As you schedule your first session, your counselor will discuss these options with you and help you decide what approach will work best for you.

Scheduling Options & Fees

Morning and afternoon session times are available Monday through Friday. Evening and Saturday appointments may be available upon request and are coordinated with your counselor.

• 60 Minute Session $200
• 90 Minute Session $300
• 2 Hour Session $400
• Intensives Times & fees arranged separately

Payment

Assessment of Fees: Session fees are assessed for services rendered whether they are in-office or by phone. Outside the session, phone consultations are sometimes necessary and helpful. We gladly offer the first 15 minutes of phone consults free of charge. Consultations that extend beyond 15 minutes may be billed at the appropriate session rate (listed above). Occasionally, there may also be extra charges for any resources (such as books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) that the client purchases from LifeGate.

Methods of Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Prepayment for eight visits or more will receive a 10% discount. This payment must be made in full by the third session.

Insurance

Health insurance policies vary in their coverage of counseling services. LifeGate Solutions is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. We can provide you a receipt suitable for filing with your insurance company in order that you may obtain reimbursement for covered expenses. Please Note: Many insurance companies only reimburse 30 and 45 minute sessions. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions about your insurance and our services. All clients, insured or uninsured, are responsible for the cost of their care.
